Go-Row Indoor Club Initiative

We are delighted to be West Berkshire's first British Rowing affiliated 'Go Row Indoor' Club. 

 

Rowing is core to our overall Crossfit strength and conditioning programme and working in partnership with British Rowing we offer specialised classes that support both the CrossFit community and Rowers alike. Whether you're a seasoned rower or just beginning, our team of instructors will coach you on technique, building strength and aerobic capacity, pushing you to find those small incremental gains that add up over time. If you can't get to the water, this is a great way to continue to train.

 

What to expect? Typically these sessions will include rowing and weights, utilising around 85% of your muscles in a single session, with low impact on joints. Get in touch with us if you want to know more.
